In the last 20+ years I have competed a dozen times and helped 100’s of athletes to achieve their best physical condition for the stage as well as those just looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing as a personal goal.  Many of my clients have obtained professional status and some have won on the pro level! I was very fortunate over the years to be mentored and guided by some of the very best and biggest names in the training and nutrition world. I believe there is no substitute for experience and practical application. Every client is a little different , my job is to recognize that and make the plan and adjustments to be sure the clients reaches there goals and potential.
